Employee stated his break ended and he was getting up from the table bench. Employee was sitting on the left side of the table. Employee first placed his left leg outside the table and when he was getting up he twisted his body and his right knee popped. Employee stated his knee dislocated and then popped back. Employee stated this was not the first time his knee dislocated.
