AS I WALKED OUT OF PT 'S ROOM MY RIGHT HAND BRUSHED UP AGAINST THE TAPEHOLDER ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BAY OPENING AS YOU LOOK INTO THE BAY. MY RIGHT FOREFINGER GOT CUT ON THE METAL HOOK HOLDER OF THE TAPE AND IMMEDIATELY STARTED BLEEDING PROFUSELY FROM AN INVERTED V-SHAPED LACERATION.
