Giving thumbs up to a commissary agent to open L2 door.
What happened
I gave a thumbs up to commissary that it was okay to open the [REDACTED] door. He didn’t even wait until I moved my hand away from the window and whipped open the door ferociously with extreme force hitting my right hand wrist and thumb. He said he was in a rush and I screamed and my coworker [REDACTED] was there to witness it all. I dealt with pain and just iced it as passengers were delayed over 7 hours and I didn’t want to delay their day any further.
