Boarding passengers

Commissary brought ice to put in the service carts and expected us to put it the carts. I bent down to pull out the ice bucket to pour the ice on it. I felt a pop in my chest. I went back to boarding. We took off and prepared for service. I started to push the service cart down the aisle and I then felt pain in my chest.
