As lead was making his final walk around he noticed that the netting in [REDACTED] was not secure. I offered my assistance by reaching in to make it secure. I couldn’t quite reach it so I hopped up to increase my reach as I did that I felt a sharp pain on my lover rib cage. The pain became progressively worse as the day went on.
