EE was attempting to unload a bundle of corrugate that had shifted during transport. Additional WH EE was assisting at the front of the trailer. During the process bundle shifted and hit EE on bridge of nose. (Process being investigated) EE received a laceration on bridge of nose (requiring 2 stiches) including fracture with concussion. Injured EE excused from work the rest of week and will back [REDACTED] with restrictions.
