Mr. [REDACTED] was unlashing Mercedes units when he came to a tight lashing and as he unlashed it the lashing pulled his arm causing some pain in his right arm. The worker reported to superintendent after attempting to unlash more cars and still feeling pain. Mr [REDACTED] requested to be medically evaluated due to pain. Mr. [REDACTED] was replaced on payroll and sent for drug and alcohol testing.
