Before the incident
TM was walking up the stairs to retreive support arms that had been placed on the deco platform.
What happened
The TM retreived the control arms two at a time from the floor of the deco platform and carried them down the stairs. As the TM ascended the stairs to retrieve additional support arms they felt a pop in their knee.
