Cleaning the Sig 2 line and trying to reattach the vacuum hose while lying on the floor.

While the employee was tightening the clamp on the hose they felt a pop in their left shoulder.

Muscle strain.

Applied force while torquing a bolt.

EE was laying under sig 2 attempting to install the vacuum hose. As she was pushing the hose on she felt a pop in her shoulder. EE also pinched her finger on the bottom door of the sig.
