What happened
Went to lift a bedside chair to another room. Complaining of mid to upper back mostly left side with pain going down left arm. Moving neck to the left hurts and moving down. Twisting and turning to the left causes mid back pain. Bending forward-can do with a pulling sensation left upper back trap bra strap line tenderness
