What happened
During a Biopsy pt needed to be intubated. While attempting to move a 300lb pt quickly to stretcher leaned over the stretcher and pulled the draw sheet under the pt x2. Short time after moving pt x2 felt lower bhack and right shoulder pain and discomfort.
