I received a call from [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] stating he was carrying a basket of laundry up the stairs for a client and fell backwards down about 6 steps He stated the client called [REDACTED] and he was afraid to move [REDACTED] stated his back was hurting I stayed on the phone with [REDACTED] until the paramedics arrived to take him to Adena Regional Medical Center ER I checked in with [REDACTED] several times while he was at the ER while waiting on test results at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] called me and stated good news Nothing is broken and they released me for work on [REDACTED] He stated they told him he would be sore for a couple of days
