What happened
[REDACTED] reported an injury to his right shoulder while working at mill 2 around [REDACTED]. The incident occurred while milling TMA when a large chunk of rubber was ejected from the mill to the mill tray. He attempted to reinsert the rubber chunk into the mill by pressing it against the mill. During this action the rubber suddenly shifted back towards him pressing his right arm against the belly bar and resulting in the shoulder injury
