What happened
Teammate was walking from mill to cooling rack on opposite side of slab loader. Rubber was looped from skid to slab loader belt. In order to avoid stepping over skid of rubber teammate ducked under end of slab loader to get to cooling rack and hit head on bottom of roller bearing housing.
