What happened
EE was trying to back a bolt out due to missing the bracket EE was using left hand to hold the lid up on a hopper unit and using a hammer to tap the misaligned bolt. The weight and movement of the lid caused the EE to lose his grip on the lid and it closed on his left thumb causing a laceration.
