What happened
She was using the stairwell when she nearly fell. As she stepped down she wither missed a step or tripped due to the stair condition. At the time the black safety strip on the step was peeling creating an uneven surface. She lost her balance but was able to grab the the guardrail with her right hand to break her fall. While preventing the full fall I twisted and strained my left knee causing pain and discomfort that began immediately after the incident.
