What happened
Employee was training the bo saw team and in between training they were cleaning. Maintenance was taking down the tiger saw. While they were sweeping they noticed that the conduit clips were still attached to the floor and not marked. when the employee was talking to the garbage can they tripped on a clip and landed about 4 feet away and smashed their face on the cement.
