Received a call from an associate that stated he had an incident when he was leaving at the end of his shift yesterday at around [REDACTED]. After he punched out for the day stated he fractured broke his right pinky finger on the employee entrance door. EE reported the incident the morning after it happened. As he was exiting through the employee entrance door his right hand pinky finger struck the door door jam.
