CARRYING A BAG OF PACKAGES TOWARDS A LOCKER DELIVERY
What happened
DA was carrying a bag towards a locker my back tightened up very slightly but little to none pain. [REDACTED] while shifting some oversized packages in the van that incident repeated itself with about the same level of pain. Finally another [REDACTED] I was carrying packages while making the delivery and my back shot with pain 3 or 4 times in quick succession the pain getting worse each time. Bending at the waist now brings this sharp pain in bursts then recedes until I almost feel normal until something like bending triggers it again.
