What happened
Line tender at 9 line was helping operator to take some of the parts out of the rack as rack for the part 218 was overfilled. As He pushed some of the parts to adjust them inside the rack his hand made contact with the part resulting in laceration of right hand. Upon reviewing the camera it was noted that employee was not wearing gloves but was holding them in his hand while performing work.
