Before the incident
Changing out paint pot.
What happened
Team member was changing out pressurized paint pot but did not fully release all pressure before removing the cap. Sprayed paint onto forehead and safety glasses and paint dripped behind the glasses into his eyes. Immediately began a full flush and the eyewash stations. After the flush was taken to urgent care and flush was continued. They determined that there was a minor abrasion received during the flush process.
