What happened
she turned around to get the next combo ready to dump. When she turned around another employee was attempting to travel behind [REDACTED] He angled his forklift to give other foot traffic space and when he started driving the forklift again he did not adjust his direction of travel. Because he did not adjust his direction of travel he continued to drive at an angle and pinned the injured employee against the yellow pole. No horn was sounded before or during his driving.
