The injured employee was standing next to a fork lift and talking to the fork lift driver.

After the injured employee and the forklift driver finished talking the injured employee began to walk away. At the same moment the forklift driver looked the other way and started turning the forklift thinking the injured employee was already clear. The back tire of the forklift caught the injured employee by the foot and dragged him down to the ground rolling the back tire over the injured employees right leg.
