Statement from Driver: Regarding the incident on [REDACTED] I was parked outside a residence on [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] preparing to make a delivery. My hazard lights were on and I was still wearing my seatbelt. When looking up another vehicle struck my car head on and when I saw the car coming at me I put both my hands up. The impact caused the airbag to deploy I blocked most of my face when the bag come off with my right arm. After the crash happened I obtained a couple of symptoms such as blurred vision a loud ringing in my ear and a 1st degree burn on my right wrist. The area was dark with no street lights.
