Working in the kitchen and needed to move a resident who was lying in the doorway.

Severe pain in lower back and left side of back. Severe muscle pain and MRI showed disc protrusion at left lateral recess of spinal canal minor bulging as well as left nerve displacement at lateral aspect of the spinal canal.
