Helping employee close a double door
What happened
Employee was helping co-worker close a db door in the back that was not closing correctly. Co-worker was inside the double and injured employee outside. When they were able to properly close the door the employee inside unknowingly close the metal bar the hand and injured employee had the hand on the handle. Once the handle was moved to (lock door) the bar caught left thumb causing a laceration
