What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] EE reported an incident to Supervisor. The incident occurred on [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] in the aisle [REDACTED]. EE reported that shortly after returning from his lunch break he started his assignment in [REDACTED]. The EE stated that he picked up his first case at location [REDACTED] and began to feel unwell. Despite this the associate proceeded to the next pick location [REDACTED] but continued to experience discomfort. At that point the employee decided to report the issue. The associate reported a pain level of 8–10 in the lower right abdominal area. Ibuprofen was provided to help manage the pain. At the time of the incident the associate was wearing a light brown shirt and light grey pants. The employee was sent home for the remainder of the shift.
