Associate was assisting lead change out the robot nest when they placed the nest on the cart it was off the track associate placed hands underneath to pick it up and put it on the track and when he sat it down it smashed his finger on the guide that holds the pins. Causing the fracture of the tip of his middle finger. It took the skin & nail off of finger when he pulled his hand out.
