Employee was conducting strip search on individual in custody before placing him in cell after employee removed handcuffs individual turned around faced him and grabbed employee 's jacket in chest area then individual reached about and pulled out of his hair a sharp object in a slashing motion and struck employee on right wrist. Object was oval ring paperclip appearance that pulled apart with sharp insert.
