Team member was working at his workstation.

While loading stiffener bar into a cart the TM did not notice that there was some foam in the cart due to it being hidden in the tube. When team member went to put the stiffener bar into the tube team member dropped the stiffener bar and it bounced off the foam that was inside the tube and toppled over. As it was falling it made contact with the TMs right thumb and caused a contusion.
