Feeding in boxes by running the robot in the palletizer room.
What happened
There was a box going through the robot on opposite side (Line 2 Infeed 1 Pallet 2). He picked up box and put it back on the line using Operator screen on the robot. When he tried to move box the robot switched back to home position. He changed the machine to maintenance position and moved panel back manually by opening door & machine should have stopped due to open door. When machine kicked back it pinned his right hand inside the machine.
