WHILE WORKIING ON A COACH. THE EMPLOYEE LIFTED THE REAR SEAT FROM THE REAR OF THE COACH AND ATTEMPTED TO PLACE A 3FT. ROD TO HOLD THE SEAT UPRIGHT WHEN THE ROD FELL OUT OF PLACE CAUSIING THE REAR SEAT TO SLAM DOWN ONTO HIS LEFT HAND CAUSING A DEEP GASH AND INJURY.
