The paramedics were in a patient 's house and had the monitor on the stretcher. While moving to let her partner assist with lifting the patient the monitor was bumped and fell off onto her left foot. This incident was previously not OSHA recordable. However at the [REDACTED] medical appointment employee [REDACTED] was prescribed a tablet steroid to aid in healing the injury.
