Was walking the Iron Mountain Shredding service man through [REDACTED] to gather up shred bins. Walked outside the building in the back shipping receiving lot stepped down the stairs between the freight elevator and back door to Materials to walk the service man to his truck to shred our papers.

I was walking down the back entrance stairs next to the freight elevator. I walked a few more steps and hit uneven pavement just behind the dumpster and my ankle buckled and I fell to the floor twisting my right ankle and landing on my left knee.
