A patient passed out. I found some crackers and went back to Room 1 where the new patient were and saw [REDACTED] taking the female friend into Room 2. I stopped to tell the Dr. that I found crackers and was walking to Room 2 when [REDACTED] said I need somebody now. When I entered the room the female was lying against [REDACTED] 's chest and going down. She had passed out again. I put my arms under the females arms and began to assist the [REDACTED] getting patient to the floor. I could feel the weight of the patient pulling on my shoulders and lower back; however kept assisting so that [REDACTED] or the female were not hurt. Dr. entered the room with us and once the patient was lying down I went to get ice packs. I took the icepacks back to the room then stood in the hallway in case I was needed. After a few [REDACTED] I went back to the Registration Desk where I had been working. As time passed I could feel the strain pressure even more throughout my neck shoulders and lower back. I
