Working at her bench in the Removable Department.

She started feeling clammy then lost consciousness. She fell from her chair and hit her head on the leg of another rolling chair.

She did develop an egg on her head. We called an ambulance due to the loss of consciousness. They checked her vitals but did not provide any additional services. The EMTs asked if she would like to go to the hospital for further testing and she said no that it was not the first time this had happened.
