Before the incident
I was going down the stairs to the Cooley Building Freezer Farm carrying a large spray bottle with ethanol solution tucked under my L arm holding the rail with my R hand checking on the temperature status of our two -80 Freezers w recent issues.
What happened
At the very bottom step I (unknowingly) stepped on a small plastic clip clamp that was (maybe dropped by someone) on top of that step with my R foot upon which my foot slid causing me to land awkwardly w both feet (separately) straining both.
