Before the incident
Fabricating a metal production rack.
What happened
onnection to lay the right post down to work on it. As the associate set the right-side post on the ground while he was in a crouching position the tack weld on the left post broke loose. The post with the crossmember fell towards the associate and struck them on the top of the head. The associate received onsite first aid for a contusion and possible concussion. After receiving first aid the associate went home fand later in the evening went to the ER to be evaluated.
