Before the incident
Employee was working on some machinery. He had in his possession 2 wrenches safety glasses and a flashlight. I am unsure of what specifically he was trying to fix but it sounded like he needed a ladder for it.
What happened
The ladder EE was working with fell over while he was working causing him to fall backwards and hit the back of his head toward the top on what he stated was the sifter. EE also stated having pain in one of his fingers but was otherwise in good shape given the situation. He had a small laceration on his head.
