Employee was in transit from sifter deck in [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] dump room to remove a lock from lockbox. Employee cannot recall what object injured him and thinks he may have caught thumb on a sharp edge.

Investigation leads to a cut from knife but employee denies using knife and thinks a sharp edge in area must have caused laceration. A thorough review of area showed no sharp edges and a spot of blood (or appears to be blood) was found on knife blade.
