Before the incident
Walking into stock room
What happened
Entered stock room and turned off alarm to the room. Upon turning around after disarming the alarm there was cart that normally holds empty totes too close to the door. Subsequently tripped over the cart and fell onto the cart. Braced for the fall and injured left arm. When falling into the cart left shin and left foot were also injured. Upon injury immediately iced arm and was sent home to rest. Will evaluate and go to doctor in the morning if needed. Only works per diem
