EE was welding a part and using a hoist.
What happened
After the EE was done welding one side he was using a hoist to lower it on the table to weld the other side. While doing this he hit the table which cause slack in the hoist and the hooks came out of the part and the part fell on the EE 's left shin causing a laceration.

EE received a laceration that required stitches to his left shin. This happened when he was lowering the part with a hoist the part hit the table causing slack in the chain and the hooks came out of the part and the part fell on the EE 's shin.
