What happened
Employee was on a scissor lift to view product in an end dump trailer. He moved the scissor lift back away from the trailer and proceeded to climb out of the scissor lift but didn 't lower the lift down. When he stepped off the scissor lift with his right leg he couldn 't find the step and his left knee twisted that was still on the platform.
