At about [REDACTED] [REDACTED] went to [REDACTED] 's office with [REDACTED] for a meeting. She briefly entered his office but exited when she smelled a scent diffuser. [REDACTED] turned it off but she could still smell it. She returned to her desk at about [REDACTED] for a Teams meeting. She was coughing and relayed what happened to [REDACTED] who sits next to her. After 30-40 min when the Teams meeting had ended she continued to cough and decided she needed to go to the emergency department. [REDACTED] drove her to the emergency department where she received breathing treatments and was released. The doctor excused her from work for the remainder of the day [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] drove her back to the office and she went home for the rest of the day.
