What happened
[REDACTED] [REDACTED] caught fire at dock door 92. Fire was extinguished immediately and employees in area evacuated. After area was clear to return to work EE was picking product in general area. EE left at end of shift and did not notify anyone there was any irritation. At approximately [REDACTED] they went to local ER stating inhalation from fire [REDACTED]. EE was treated and released. EE followed up with panel physician and was diagnosed with muscle strain in back from coughing.
