What happened
Employee was attempting to fix two bread pans that had overlapped going into the bread oiler. When the employee adjusted the pans a sensor activated that pulled the pans further into the oiler trapping the employees left hand between a horizontal metal bar and the pans. The resulted in bruising swelling and some small lacerations to the back of the hand.
