DA stated on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] doing deliveries due to the intense heat in the beachside areaI began feeling dizzy and noticed weakness in my legs I lost the consciousness colapsing onto the sidewalk I do not recall from my incident but I remember hitting my head when I felta woman called for rescue service I vaguely recall feeling pain throught my body while lying on the sidewalk they assessed my vital signs adn performed an electrocardiogram which returned normal result they did not administer medication they offer to take me to the hospital informing me that my pain might be due to the impact of the fall but did not appear to be severe I decided to go home on my own via Uber Upon arriving home my pain intensified significantly my right hand was immobilized and I was experiencing severe pain on the right side of my back to the point where I could barery move My sister had to take me to the nearest urgent care the doctor inmediately reffered me to Emergency room I was admitted
