WHILE USING THE LEFT HAND TO LEFT THE LOCK KNOB AND RIGHT HAND TO PUSH THE BLADE FORWARD FROM THE BASE. AS A RESULT THE FORWARD MOTION OF BLADE AND THE EMPLOYEE 'S RIGHT THUMB SLID ACROSS THE BLADE CAUSING THE LACERATION.
