Assisting a passenger with Q-Straints

Driver was in the back crouched down taking q-straints of of a wheelchair he stood up and sat down in the back seat for [REDACTED] he was trying to lean back lay down. The passenger in the wheel chair asked [REDACTED] if he was ok [REDACTED] replied he was feeling week after [REDACTED] the passenger called [REDACTED] Driver and the passenger talked for [REDACTED]. The passenger told 911 that The driver was weak looked really pale and maybe having a seizure. Driver stayed sitting in the chair for quite a while. Finally you can hear sirens in the back ground. [REDACTED] stood up put a q-straint away then walked to the front of the bus he looked unsteady he stopped at the steps he sat down. The paramedics brought a gurney to the passenger door. after [REDACTED] Driver slid down the steps and walked to the gurney and sat down. All the while looking unsteady and weak.

Death certificate stated that he died of natural causes.
