Before the incident
A pallet was on conveyor 370 and the whole pallet was turned 90 degrees The employee and another employee had to down pile the pallet onto another pallet (pallet was double decked) While down piling the top pallet the top layer was too tall so the employee tried to pull 2 cases off the pallet and the employees left hand got caught under the 2 cases and the hand got smushed between the cases and the edge of the pallet
